We offer you our personal service and if at any time there is
anything you require,
please do not hesitate to ask.
To ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant stay, we require all
guests to abide by
the house rules set out on the back of the second page of this
compendium.
ACCOUNTS
We require payment to be finalized on or before arrival. In certain
instances, we may require a security deposit to cover other costs
and damages. Cheques are only
acceptable if prior arrangements have been made at the time of your
arrival.
AIR
CONDITIONING
When changing temperature, please wait 2 minutes before any further
adjustments
are made. It could take a few minutes for the air conditioning unit
to function
correctly.
ALARM CLOCK
An alarm clock is available upon request. Please contact Reception
if interested in borrowing one.
BLANKETS/PILLOWS/TOWELS
Spare blankets and pillows are in the wardrobe. If you require any
additional blankets or pillows, please contact Reception and they
will be provided to you. If you require a spare towel for use in the
pool area please contact Reception – these are available for
hire.
Refunds/Credit
Please note that no refunds/credit shall be given for any prepaid
bookings.
BROKEN OR
DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay, we would
appreciate you advising Reception. This would allow us to rectify
the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If
for some reason you are dissatisfied about equipment or services at
the Motel, please do not hesitate to inform us. This feedback allows
us to constantly improve our motel and its services.
COOKING IN
ROOMS
Law expressly prohibits cooking in or outside motel rooms. Cooking
is only allowed at
designated areas only.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Personal
Cheques cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.
VISITORS
Visitors invited to the premises are asked to leave their vehicles
outside the grounds. We also respectfully ask that all visitors
leave quietly without disturbing other guests by 9 pm. Visitors will
also need to seek approval to use the Swimming Pool.
IRONING
Irons and Ironing Boards are available and located in the wardrobe.
LUGGAGE
STORAGE
Upon request, we can store your luggage for early or late arrivals.
NEWSPAPERS
Local newspapers are available for free at the Reception.
OFFICE HOURS
The Reception desk is open from 8.00am until 9.00pm daily.
POOL
The swimming pool is open from 10.00am to 8.00pm during the summer
season. It is the responsibility of parents or accompanying adults
to supervise children whilst in the pool area. Children under the
age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Rowdy and noisy
behaviour is not permitted. Pool towels may be obtained from
Reception.
SMOKING
All motel rooms are NON SMOKING. Please feel free to smoke outside
in any area.
Ashtrays are in place around the outside areas.
TEA &
COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES
Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided free of charge in each
room with the compliments of management. Milk for tea and coffee is
provided in the refrigerator.
VACATING
ROOMS
We respectfully request that your room be vacated by 10 am on the
day of departure. Beyond that time, you are welcome to leave your
luggage in the Reception area if required. If checking out early and
the account has been settled, your room key may be left in the key
drop box outside reception. Also, please check the room for all your
belongings. Motel management will not be responsible for any items
left behind.
WIFI
Wifi is provided to all guest suites.
Room Service
Rooms will be service daily except Sundays/ Public Holidays.
Daily Room
Service includes:

• Changing towels
if placed on the bathroom floor
Weekly Room
service includes:
• Linen change and
vacuuming
HOUSE RULES
In order to ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant experience, all
guests are required to abide by the following rules. Motel staff
have the ability to evict any guests without refund at their
discretion if they are found disobeying these rules.
• Only guests
registered and paid for at reception may use our
facilities.
• Visitors are to
be kept at minimum, and are required to vacate the premises
quietly before 10 pm.
• No. of guest(s)
staying in the room must be reported to the reception at the
time of check in. Any person not reported, shall be charged
$20 extra to the guest account.
• Guests will be
responsible for the actions of their visitors during their
visit.
• Under no
circumstances are parties allowed on the property.
• We ask guests to
respect the environment as is required by law e.g. no
littering.
• Please do not
disturb other hotel guests by loud noises inside or outside
motel rooms, and common areas especially between the times
of 10 pm and 8 am.
• Smoking is
strictly not permitted in the rooms. If you wish to smoke
please do so outside, and deposit your cigarette butts in
the ashtrays provided outside the rooms. $200 cleaning
fee shall be charged to the guest if found smoking in
the room.
• Guests are
expected to depart and leave their key behind on the date of
departure by 10 am. We are unable to accommodate late
check out. Late check out will be charged $20 per
hour.
• We are not
responsible for any items left in the room after you check
out. If you wish to leave items on the premises after
departure time i.e. to pick up later, you must arrange this
with reception.
• We reserve the
rights to place an extra charge on guest accounts as a
result of, but not limited to Smoking in rooms
▸ Degradation of the room
(such as vomit, bodily waste, general damage, pet/animal,
excessive cleaning and rubbish)
▸Stolen or damaged unit
items
▸Lost or stolen keys or
any problem sufficient to result in the unit being withdrawn
from its availability to be rented out.
▸Alcohol-affected persons
will not be allowed to stay and will be evicted without a
refund.
